01 / About

Where Legal Precision Meets Human Resources

Experience shaped by regulation. A next chapter centered on people.

For more than 11 years, I have worked in a highly regulated banking environment where accuracy, confidentiality, sound judgment, and clear communication are essential.

My experience in legal operations taught me how policies affect real people, how sensitive situations must be handled with discretion, and how complex requirements can be translated into clear actions.

As I move into Human Resources, I bring this same mindset to employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and policy administration. I am especially interested in roles where fairness, structure, communication, and human understanding must work together.

04 / Beyond Work

The Stories, Teams, and Characters That Inspire Me

Professional experience explains what I do. The things I care about outside work reveal more about how I think, what inspires me, and the values I carry with me.

CHAPTER 01

Manchester United, Sir Alex, and the Meaning of Leadership

I am a passionate Manchester United supporter and a great admirer of Sir Alex Ferguson. What inspires me most is not only what he won, but how he built lasting success.

His leadership demonstrated the importance of setting high standards, developing young talent, adapting through different eras, and creating a culture in which the team was always greater than any individual.

For me, football is more than entertainment. It is a window into leadership, resilience, teamwork, accountability, and the patience required to build something that lasts.

Great leadership is not only about achieving results. It is about building people, standards, and a culture capable of producing those results repeatedly.

CHAPTER 02

A Love for Cinema and Meaningful Stories

I love movies because they allow us to experience unfamiliar lives, difficult choices, and different perspectives. The stories that stay with me are usually the ones built around complex people rather than perfect heroes.

Cinema has strengthened my appreciation for empathy, character development, emotional intelligence, and the many factors that influence human behavior.

CHAPTER 03

More Than Games

Video games have been an important source of entertainment, competition, and storytelling throughout my life.

The EA Sports FC franchise connects naturally with my love of football and the excitement of competition. The Last of Us showed me how games can explore relationships, survival, sacrifice, and difficult moral choices with the emotional power of great cinema.

Red Dead Redemption 2 created an especially strong connection. I became deeply attached to Arthur Morgan because of his loyalty, internal conflict, personal growth, and search for redemption. His story demonstrates how a fictional character can feel profoundly human and remain with us long after the game ends.

The characters we remember most are rarely perfect. We remember them because they struggle, change, and make us feel something real.
